Titan International Inc. has announced two major promotions.
Jeff Kramer has been named Titan Tire's operations manager.
"During the past eight years at Titan, Jeff Kramer has gained important expertise from engineering and managerial roles overseeing a wide range of tire manufacturing processes," say Titan officials.
Scott Sloan has been appointed vice president of engineering and technical services.
Sloan, who has been a manufacturing engineering manager at Titan since 1999, replaces Ray Evans, who retired this summer.
Evans remains a Titan consultant.
