Fairfax, Va.-based Virginia Tire & Auto has opened its 13th store in northern Virginia. It is the company’s fourth location in the community of Ashburn and sixth in Loudoun County.
“As Virginia Tire & Auto expands in northern Virginia, our goal continues to be to deliver exceptional customer service, offering a matchless experience,” says Julie Holmes, president.
The new location has 10 service bays and two fast lube bays.
Customer amenities include a kids’ play area, customer shuttle, loaner car service, key system for car pickup 24 hours a day, and free Wi-Fi service.
Larry Nagi is general manager of the new location, called One Loudoun.
The company launched a rebranding initiative in June 2013 which included a new logo, messaging, store appearance, website with live chat and improved customer experience. The initiative unified the company’s locations under a single brand identity.
