Yokohama Tire Corp. has named Rex Simpson vice president of administration, replacing Steve Kessing, who retired last month.
For the past 13 years, Simpson has supervised various human resource functions at American Honda Motor Co. Inc. in Torrance, Calif.
Kessing had 17 years of service with Yokohama.
