The Automotive Service & Tire Alliance's (ASTA) 2022 Automotive Service & Technology Expo (ASTA) will take place Sept. 29-Oct. 1 in Raleigh, N.C., and will include a full lineup of speakers, many of whom will address electric vehicle (EV) service in their presentations.
EV-oriented topics will include an introduction to Tesla vehicle platforms, best EV service practices, advanced fundamentals of hybrid and EV technology, EV and hybrid batteries and charging and more.
Other speakers will discuss phone etiquette, security systems, start/top technology, Asian vehicle reprogramming problems and solutions, how to master electrical fault diagnosis and more.
Six hundred attendees have registered for the event so far, according to Reece Hester, associate executive director, ASTA.
