Bridgestone Donates to Tennessee Flood Relief Efforts

Bridgestone Americas Inc. is donating $50,000 to assist with relief efforts after floods in middle Tennessee. Bridgestone has more than 4,500 employees, plus 59 retail stores, one distribution center and two tire plants in the area.

The company itself is based in Nashville, Tenn.

“We have been humbled to hear of the tragic events associated with the recent flooding in middle Tennessee and send our condolences to those who lost loved ones,” said Paolo Ferrari, CEO and resident, Bridgestone Americas. “We are committed to supporting these communities and helping rebuild lives and livelihoods of those affected by the recent flood.”
