Bridgestone Retail Operations opened 28 stores in 16 states during the first half of 2021 and plans to open 27 more outlets by the end of the year.
The openings - which include six in Texas and four in Florida - are part of the company's "continued growth strategy," according to Bridgestone officials.
Bridgestone operates more than 2,200 company-owned stores throughout the United States under the Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, Hibdon Tires Plus and Wheel Works brands.
