Belle Tire Distributors Inc. announced it has acquired all 18 locations of Tireman Auto Service Centers, giving Belle Tire more locations in northwest Ohio and southern Michigan.
“I can’t imagine a better partner to take over now that I have decided to retire,” says Randy Jones, CEO, Tireman.
“Belle Tire is a family-owned company like us, they value their people and believe in doing the right thing for customers, like we do.”
“Absorbing Tireman into the Belle Tire family makes perfect sense,” says Don Barnes III, president, Belle Tire.
“We share similar cultural values, the communities we serve are important and customer service is the bottom line. That would not be possible without the people in the stores and taking care of them like family.”
According to Belle Tire officials, the acquisition of Tireman will enable the company to provide “better service” in greater Toledo, Ohio, and northwest Ohio area.
Allen Park, Mich.-based Belle Tire entered the Toledo, Ohio, area 20 years ago and already had four stores in that market.
