Nitto Tire U.S.A. Inc. has announced its new Terra Grappler G3 tire to its Grappler lineup.
The new tire, which will be available in September, features a 3 Peak Mountain Snowflake rating and the highest limited treadwear warranty offered for a Grappler tire and is an all-terrain tire.
In response to customer feedback, Nitto has designed the tire with a new tread pattern and dual sidewalls for increased performance. Nitto also created the tire with a new rubber compound that improves wet and dry traction.
“The Terra Grappler G3 pushes the boundaries of what an all-terrain tire can accomplish both on- and off-road,” says Alan Ngo, director of product innovation and business development for Nitto Tire.
“It’s our best performing Grappler tire yet, backed with a compelling warranty that brings even further value to our customers.”
The new tire will have 47 sizes launching in 2024 and will be available in sizes ranging from 16- to 22-inch wheel diameters.
The tire is backed by a 70,000-mile limited tread warranty for hard metric sizes and a 55,000-mile warranty for LT and flotation sizes. Additional sizes will be launched in 2025.
