Gaither Tool Shows Off New Bead Bazooka and Lifting Tools

Nov. 7, 2024

Gaither Tool Co. is showing four new tools that will be available in 2025, including a larger Bead Bazooka, an updated Wheel Assist, a new lift plate and a battery-powered hydraulic jack.

Vice President Jeff Alexander provided an overview of the products that will all roll out next year.

The new Bead Bazooka comes with a 14-liter capacity and a three-inch valve. It will be available in late January 2025.

Wheel Assist NXT is a cordless drill-driven tool that technicians can use to lift a tire from the floor to whatever post-lift height necessary to mount the tire onto a vehicle. This is a refresh of the original Wheel Assist, and Alexander said it will be available sometime during the middle- or late-second quarter.

Jason Moore patented the Moore-Safe Jack, which is manufactured by Gaither, and now Gaither has developed a lift plate for the jack. The lift plate has a 50-ton capacity and a cut-out section in the middle to secure a jack. The lift plate will also be available in the second quarter of 2025.

The Electro Hydraulic Lift is unique because it works without any air. Instead, it’s powered by an 18-volt battery. It has two stages of lifting capability – 42 tons and 20 tons. Alexander said the first product run is complete, and a second round of production is scheduled for January 2025.
