Percheron Capital-owned Big Brand Tire & Service Inc. has acquired Tulsa, Okla.-based Robertson Tire Co. Inc.
With 14 retail locations, Robertson Tire was the 80th largest independent tire dealership in the United States, according to the 2024 MTD 100.
The deal marks Big Brand Tire & Service’s entry into the Oklahoma market and gives the Moorpark, Calif.-based dealership more than 230 locations.
Several months ago, Big Brand Tire & Service entered the Texas market when it bought Tires to You, a seven-store dealership based in the Austin area.
At the time, Big Brand Tire & Service officials announced the company has plans to “significantly” grow its presence in Texas “in the coming years.”
Big Brand Tire & Service is now the 7th largest tire dealership in the U.S., based on MTD research.
