Tireworks Tire & Service Tire Pros has added its fifth location in Canyon, Texas.
According to Tireworks officials, the construction on the new location started in August 2024 and was completed and opened for business on Feb. 3, 2025.
The new 12-bay service facility offers a wide range of services like tire rotations, wheel alignments, brake repair, diagnostics, 24-hour roadside assistance, complimentary pick-up and delivery and more.
According to Tireworks officials, Tireworks is one of two locations in the Texas Panhandle to offer a Hunter Quick Check Drive – a drive-through alignment and tread inspection system to assess a vehicle's wheel alignment and tire condition.
“We wanted to open in Canyon because we saw the need and the growth of Canyon,” says Danielle Kahlich, marketing manager for Tireworks.
“Canyon was in desperate need of a full-service facility such as Tireworks Tire Pros. We are a one-stop shop and offer the best, reliable customer service you can find.”
Chris Kahlich founded Tireworks in 1997 at a location in Hereford, Texas, until he opened the Muleshoe, Texas, location in 2002.
His sons, Glenn and Phillip Kahlich, took ownership of the Hereford and Muleshoe location in 2015, as well as adding the Farwell location via a purchase acquisition.
The company currently has five retail locations in the Texas Panhandle and a distribution warehouse. Tireworks Tire Pros is located in Canyon, Farwell, Hereford, Muleshoe and Pampa, Texas.
