Continental AG may get a new chairman for its executive board, Wolfgang Reitzle. "Continental's major shareholder, Shaeffler KG, was able to win the internationally experienced manager... for this task," say Continental officials.
"Continental AG has established the personnel groundwork required to lead the company into a sustainably successful future together with its major shareholder," says Continental Supervisory Board Chairman Rolf Koerfer.
