AARP has included Michelin North America Inc. on its annual list of "Best Employers for Workers Over 50" list, the fourth time the tiremaker has won the award.
Michelin says its new "Choose Well-Live Well" employee health care program contributed to its inclusion on the list.
More than 35% of the company's employees are over the age of 50 "and the average tenure of those employees is 24 years."
