Members of the Ohio Tire & Automotive Association (OTAA) will soon have access to a free CareerPlug account in order to showcase job openings.
CareerPlug is a human resource software provider.
“We could not be more excited about this partnership with the CareerPlug team,” says OTAA President Jon Boyd.
“We are always looking for ways to provide additional value to our members. When we ask them about what challenges they’re facing, the common refrain is finding people to work. Most of us are living this reality, too. We also understand how busy they are.
"Through CareerPlug, our members will be able to save valuable time and energy by using the software to quickly post job openings to all the major job boards. The platform is fully customizable to meet the needs of tire dealers from across the state.”

CareerPlug services will officially launch for OTAA members on November 14.
All OTAA members will receive a free basic account with the option for discounted premium services if they sign up by Dec. 31, 2023.
Additionally, members will receive unlimited access to support and help from CareerPlug hiring experts.
