Tekmetric and Shopgenie Form Partnership

Tekmetric has partnered with Shopgenie to provide an all-in-one solution for auto repair shop management.  

The partnership leverages Shopgenie’s customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience tools with Tekmetric’s shop management solution to provide an auto repair platform for dealerships in the United States and Canada.  

This collaboration will empower show owners to streamline operations, manage communication and build stronger customer relationships, according to Tekmetric and Shopgenie officials.

Over the coming months, Tekmetric and Shopgenie will integrate key features from both platforms into a single unified system. Shops will continue to have the flexibility to leverage the over 70 integrations in Tekmetric’s integration ecosystem. Shopgenie will also continue to build and support integrations with other shop management systems.
