As it does every year in its November issue (which comes out in September!), Consumer Reports has published its replacement tire recommendations.
This year, the magazine focused on all-season tires, and broke that segment into three categories: all-season, H-rated performance all-season and V-rated performance all season. CR's test results singled out three companies for outstanding products.
