One year ago, Kauffman Tire Inc. opened its 13th wholesale distribution center. The place was Lockbourne, Ohio, roughly located in the center of Ohio.
Kauffman Tire employees wanted to celebrate the anniversary with a party. And on July 21 they did, complete with free food, supplier participation and special pricing on tires and wheels.

Kauffman Tire also has 52 retail and commercial outlets, good for the 20th spot on the MTD 100 list. But this day belonged to the company's Warehouse Manager Brian Kelly and his wholesale team in Lockbourne, which cater to customers within a 100-mile radius of the warehouse.
There also was a special guest: Vice President of Wholesale Operations Nelson Waynesboro traveled from Dallas, Texas, to not only attend the event but also to help out. His photo appears in the folder, along with a shot of each booth and some of the dealers in attendance.
