Bruce Brackett is now vice president of sales for Michelin Americas Small Tires.
His predecessor, Emmanuel Ladent, is now in charge of passenger and light truck tires for Michelin South America, based in Brazil.
Brackett had been sales director, independent tire dealer channel, Michelin North America Inc.
